Welcome to Star Trek Answers. What would you like to know?

The nanoprobes might be able to infiltrate the morphogenic matrix, but without an actual brain or cells to latch onto for the implants, I doubt it. They might be able to corrupt the matrix, but it's likely that the Changeling in question could force them out of his form.

So, not practically, no.

In fact the Borg could assimilate a changeling. The nanoprobes could be engineered to emit a type of energy field that takes away the changelings ability to shift as the Tal Shiar and Obsidian Order did before the battle of the orion nebulla. The Borg could also acheive the same affect using chemicals either way they would loose their shifting power.
